We’ll use this session to:

Personalised nutritional strategy

🍲 We’ll set your calories and macro ratios, and give you a strategy for meal prep.

10 week periodised strength training program

💪 That’s 3 different workouts per week!
This includes 2 full body workouts per week and a glute blast for females and an arm blast for males.

1 group strength training class per week

🏋️ Mel and Tom are both on the gym floor to take you through a fun but challenging 45 minute strength circuit, check your form and answer any questions.

A fresh program every 5 weeks
